Hofcafe Domane Marienburg in Hildesheim

The domain itself is beautiful. I just don't understand who gave the building permission for this ugly, unsuitable, concrete block.

Great jazz brunch time spent there. Really recommendable!

Old building is OK. I promised more of a visit, a lecture, etc. But you should be there on the weekend, then the cafe is also open.

I always like to come here - especially when the sun is shining. From Hildesheim always the innermost. Then you automatically get there. The Hofcafe is also highly recommended!

A super place of culture

The campus, with its historical background and modern elements, has been implemented very well. Hopefully everything can be better protected against future floods.

There is a cozy little courtyard cafe there. With homemade cakes and different types of coffee. You can sit outside beautifully, but it is also cozy inside. A nice 1.5 hour walk from Hildesheim.

great destination, very quiet and picturesque

The staff all respect and always friendly and helpful. The espresso and the teas with the wonderful cake types and not small. Even the sanitary facilities are good, unfortunately one has not thought of rollator people or disabled, as well as mothers with small children, but after all at once is not, maybe it will be yes. But otherwise really amazing, so thanks again to the entire Staff.

To the flower market. There is a wide selection of plants, whether ornamentals or vegetables. Most stalls are dealers and therefore not necessarily cheap. I'm just wondering why you should pay admission here? Although only 2 € but for what.

The wonderful ensemble of a late medieval moated castle has been used since 1993 by the University of Hildesheim. The Hofcafé has delicious cakes (rather expensive!), In sunny weather the café is overcrowded on weekends!

Delicious cake and good coffee / cappuccino. We always like to go there again and again. On weekends and in the sun it is crowded and it takes a little patience until you get a table or until you have your cake.
